DIRECTIONS FOR USE

➠ Workout days: Add 1 scoop of product in your shaker cup and pour 300 ml of cold water. Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds. Consume 1 scoop 10 minutes before or during workout.

➠ Non-workout days: Consume 1 scoop in the morning and 1 more scoop between meals.
