DIRECTIONS FOR USE

➠ Workout days: Mix one scoop of product with 250 ml of cold water or milk in your shaker cup. Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds. Consume one serving 30 minutes before workout and a second one immediately after workout. 

➠ Non-workout days: Consume one scoop of product in the morning and a second one between meals.
